摘　　要：为了探讨检验检测机构开展文件控制的标准化程序,以文件控制中存在的问题为导向,从分析问题产生的根本原因出发,提出相应的解决问题的途径,并探讨建立文件控制的标准化机制。文件控制标准化的对象是管理者、管理对象和管理流程,通过厘清管理职责、明确文件控制范围、梳理管理流程,可增强文件控制的有效性,规范机构质量管理体系运行和检验检测活动。检验检测机构应高度重视文件控制工作的作用,持续强化标准化操作程序,促进检验检测结果质量提升。To explore the standardized procedure of document control in inspection and testing institutions,guided by the problems existing in document control,starting from the analysis of the root causes of the problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding ways to solve the problems,and discusses the establishment of the standardization mechanism of document control.The objects of document control standardization are managers,management objects and management processes.By clarifying management responsibilities,clarifying document control scope and combing management processes,the effectiveness of document control can be enhanced and the operation of institutional quality management system and inspection and detection activities can be standardized.Inspection and testing institutions should attach great importance to the role of document control,continue to strengthen standardized operating procedures and promote the quality improvement of inspection results.
