摘　　要：立德树人是当代高校的历史使命,实验技术队伍在教学、科研和人才培养中的言传身教、价值引领,对学生的思想、价值观的形成有着极为重要的影响。因此,着力构建实验技术队伍能力提升体系,不断提升实验技术队伍服务双一流的水平,成为当前实验室建设与发展的重要任务。现结合我校实际,介绍实验技术队伍概况及立德树人背景下提升能力的需求,根据调研结果分析了实验技术队伍能力提升存在的主要问题。以问题和需求为导向,在顶层设计、培训体系、人才育引、多维激励等方面给出了解决对策,以期不断推进高校实验技术队伍的高质量可持续发展。Establishing moral integrity in cultivation is the historical mission of contemporary universities.The teaching and value guidance of the experimental technical team in teaching,scientific research and talent cultivation has a very important influence on the formation of students’thoughts and values.It becomes an important task to improve the ability of the current experimental technical team to focus on the connotation construction of the experimental technical team and continuously improve their level of the“Double First-Class”service.Taking Hangzhou Dianzi University as an example,this paper introduces the general situation of experimental technical team and the ability improvement requirements under the background of establishing moral integrity in cultivation,combined with data analysis,the main problems existing in the ability improvement of experimental technical team are summarized.Guided by problems and demands,the solutions are given in top-level design,training system,talent policy,multi-dimensional incentives,and so on in order to continuously promote the ability improvement and sustainable development of experimental technical team in universities.
