摘 要:车用永磁同步电机运转时的工作转速范围较宽,分析电机全转速段的电磁振动的情况较为耗时和占用大量计算资源。本文采用多物理场耦合仿真计算少量转速工况的气隙磁密,通过阶次提取技术,将时域的瞬态电磁激励转换为角度域及频域的电磁激励。将稳态电磁激励施加到电机有限元模型定子齿面上,进行电机壳体表面法向振动响应求解,实现车用驱动电机全转速段壳体振动响应特征的快速计算,缩减了仿真时间和计算资源,仿真效率大大提升。The working speed range of permanent magnet synchronous motor for automotive operation is wide, and the analysis of electromagnetic vibration in the full speed range of the motor is time-consuming and occupies a lot of computing resources. In this paper, Multiphysics coupling simulation is used to calculate the air-gap magnetic density of a small number of speed conditions, and the transient electromagnetic excitation in the time domain is converted into electromagnetic excitation in the angle domain and frequency domain by order extraction technology. The steady-state electromagnetic excitation is applied to the stator tooth surface of the finite element model of the motor, and the normal vibration response of the surface of the motor housing is solved, which realizes the rapid calculation of the vibration response characteristics of the shell in the full-speed section of the vehicle drive motor, reduces the simulation time and computing resources, and greatly improves the simulation efficiency.
