摘 要:ABS作为在汽车制动过程中最重要的部件,发挥了极其重要的作用。目前国内标准法规的试验方法都是针对常规试验场的高附着或低附着道路的路面条件,对于乘用车在冰雪路面这一类附着系数极低的路面工况下没有系统的测试方法。结合现有的ABS系统试验方法以及冰雪路面场景的实际情况,提出合适的乘用车ABS冰雪路面试验方法,最后进行实车试验对方法进行验证。文章通过乘用车ABS系统冰雪路面试验方法研究,填补乘用车在冰雪路面等极端工况下道路试验方法的空白。As the most important component in the process of automobile braking, ABS plays an extremely important role. At present, the road conditions of the test methods in domestic standards and regulations are all aimed at the high adhesion or low adhesion roads of conventional Automobile Testing Ground. There is no systematic test method for passenger vehicles on ice and snow roads with extremely low adhesion coefficients. Combined with the existing ABS system test methods and the actual situation of ice and snow road scenarios, a suitable test method for passenger vehicle ABS on ice and snow road is proposed. Finally, a real vehicle test is conducted to verify the method. Through the research on the test method of passenger vehicle ABS system on ice and snow road, this paper fills the gap in the road test method of passenger vehicles under extreme conditions such as ice and snow road.
