从肝脾论治2型糖尿病中西医研究

摘　　要：2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)是一种由多因素引起的具有遗传易感性的内分泌代谢性疾病。本病在全球范围内广泛流行,严重危害人类健康。目前,现代医学对本病的发病机制尚未完全明确,临床上对本病的治疗多以增强胰岛β细胞的敏感性或促进胰岛素分泌稳定血糖为主,其中包括饮食运动治疗、口服降糖药物治疗、胰岛素治疗等。传统医学认为2型糖尿病属于“消渴”范畴,病位在肺、胃、肾,其基本病机是阴虚燥热,辨证时多采取“三消辨证法”。然而,随着时代的飞速发展,现代人生活方式的改变,现有的中西医治疗方法已经无法全方位、多层次的满足临床2型糖尿病患者的需要,所以寻求安全高效的治法迫在眉睫。无论是从基础理论、分子机制、动物实验还是临床研究来看,从肝脾论治2型糖尿病存在着独特优势,逐渐成为当今的研究热点。该文将从肝脾论治2型糖尿病的中西医研究进展进行综述,从而为临床治疗2型糖尿病提供新的治疗思路。Type 2 diabetes is a genetically predisposed endocrine metabolic disease caused by multiple factors.The disease is widespread worldwide and seriously endangers human health.At present,the pathogenesis of modern medicine for this disease has not been fully understood,clinical treatment of this disease is mostly to enhance the sensitivity of isletβcells or promote insulin secretion to stabilize glucose,including diet exercise therapy,oral hypoglycemic drug therapy,insulin therapy and so on.Traditional medicine believes that type 2 diabetes belongs to the category of Xiaoke,the disease is located in the lungs,stomach and kidneys,and its basic disease mechanism is yin deficiency internal dry heat,and the system of triple Xiao is adopted when dialectics.However,with the rapid development of the times and the changes in the lifestyle of modern people,the existing treatment methods of traditional Chinese and Western medicine have been unable to meet the needs of clinical type 2 diabetes patients in an all-round and multi-level manner,so it is imperative to seek safe and efficient treatment.Whether from the perspective of basic theory,molecular mechanism,animal experiment or clinical research,there are unique advantages in the treatment of type 2 diabetes from the liver and spleen,which have gradually become a hot topic in today’s research.This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes from the liver and spleen,so as to provide new treatment ideas for the clinical treatment of type 2 diabetes.
