摘　　要：目的研究缬沙坦对高血压患者视网膜动脉硬化的作用。方法选择2017年12月至2018年12月心内科确诊为高血压的患者400例,随机分成研究组和对照组。研究者给予缬沙坦胶囊治疗,对照组给予硝苯地平控释片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后血压水平及视网膜动静脉比值变化情况,分析两组患者中经眼底检查诊断为视网膜动脉硬化患者的相关危险因素。结果研究组及对照组在治疗6个月及12个月后收缩压、舒张压较治疗前均明显降低(均P<0.05),治疗6个月后,研究组视网膜动静脉比值较前减小的发生率与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗12个月后,研究组视网膜动静脉比值较前减小的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。其中合并视网膜动脉硬化的患者收缩压水平、高血压病程及低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于不合并视网膜动脉硬化的患者。结论缬沙坦药物可以有效降低高血压患者视网膜动脉硬化发生风险。Objective To study the effect of valsartan on retinal arteriosclerosis in patients with hypertension.Methods 400 patients with hypertension diagnosed in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group.The researchers were treated with valsartan capsule,while the control group was treated with nifedipine controlled release tablets.The changes of blood pressure and retinal arteriovenous ratio before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the related risk factors of patients with retinal arteriosclerosis diagnosed by fundus examination were compared between the two groups.Results The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the study group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment half a year and one year after treatment(all P<0.05).After half a year of treatment,the incidence of retinal arteriovenous ratio reduction in the study group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).After one year of treatment,the incidence of retinal arteriovenous ratio reduction in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the two groups,the levels of systolic blood pressure,course of hypertension and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with retinal arteriosclerosis were higher than those without retinal arteriosclerosis.Conclusion Valsartan can effectively reduce the risk of retinal arteriosclerosis in patients with hypertension.
