摘　　要：目的探讨畸胎瘤细胞源性生长因子(PCDGF)和缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF1-α)在卵巢癌组织中的表达及其与卵巢癌患者临床、预后的关系。方法选取2010年1月至2015年9月在石家庄市人民医院妇科手术切除的卵巢癌组织标本82例,选取因子宫脱垂行全子宫双附件切除或BRCA基因检测突变阳性行预防性双附件切除者的正常卵巢组织33例。免疫组织化学法检测2组标本中PCDGF和HIF1-α蛋白的表达情况。结果正常卵巢组织PCDGF、HIF1-α阳性表达率显著低于卵巢癌组织(P<0.05),且卵巢癌组织中PCDGF和HIF1-α的表达与卵巢癌患者的FIGO分期相关(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示卵巢癌组中PCDGF和HIF1-α表达呈正相关(r=0.317,P<0.05)。生存分析结果显示卵巢癌组织中PCDGF及HIF-1α高表达与患者差的预后相关(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌组织中PCDGF和HIF1-α表达升高,且其表达水平与患者临床、预后关系密切。Objective To detect the expression of PC cell-derived growth factor(PCDGF)and hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF1α)in ovarian cancer(OC)tissues and its corresponding relationship of clinical and prognostic of OC patients.Methods The ovarian tissue specimens(n=82)from eradication were collected in the Department of Gynecology of Shijiazhuang People’s Hospital between January 2010 and September 2015,and 33 normal ovarian tissues from women with uterine prolapse or with positive breast cancer susceptibility genes(BRCA)underwent double adnexectomy were enrolled as control group.Immunohistochemistry was useded to detect the expression of PCDGF and HIF1-αin both groups.Results The protein expression of PCDGF,HIF1-αin the normal ovarian tissues were significantly superior to those in OC tissues(P<0.001).Moreover,the protein expression of PCDGF and HIF1-αwere related to International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)staging(P<0.005).In addition,the protein expression of PCDGF was positively correlated with the expression of HIF1-αin OC tissues(r=0.317,P=0.004).Survival analysis showed that the high expression of PCDGF and HIF-1αwas associated with poor OC prognosis(P<0.005).Conclusion The expression of PCDGF and HIF1-αwere significantly increased in OC tissues,and closely correlates with the clinical and prognosis of these patients.
