摘　　要：目的探讨非药物干预法对乳腺良性肿瘤手术患者血压和实验室指标及焦虑抑郁评分的影响。方法选取82例乳腺良性肿瘤手术患者,依据随机编号的方式,将以上82例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用常规方法干预,观察组采用全面护理干预的非药物干预法,比较2组患者的血压、实验室指标和焦虑抑郁评分。结果2组干预前的血压、、焦虑、抑郁评分水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组干预后的血压、焦虑、抑郁评分水平较干预前均降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术中出血量、住院时间、手术时间和愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的SF-36得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后7 d内不良反应发生率低于对照组的,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺良性肿瘤手术患者应用非药物干预法进行干预,效果显著。Objective To explore effects of non-drug intervention on postoperative blood pressure,laboratory indexes and anxiety&depression of patients with benign breast tumors(BBT).Methods The subjects of this study are 82 BBT patients treated in our hospital from February 2018 to August 2020.The patients are randomly assigned at a 1∶1 ratio to receive either routine intervention(control group)or non-drug intervention(observation group).The blood pressure,laboratory indexes and anxiety&depression scores were included as comparators.Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure,laboratory indexes and anxiety&depression scores between groups(P>0.05),which in the observation group was significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay,operation time and healing time in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).The short form 36 health survey questionnaire(SF-36)score in the observation group was markedly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant in 7-day incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Non-drug intervention is effective in patients with benign breast tumor.
