美沙拉秦缓释颗粒结合中药灌肠治疗轻中度溃疡性结直肠炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨美沙拉秦缓释颗粒结合中药灌肠治疗轻中度溃疡性结直肠炎的临床效果及对血清免疫球蛋白、炎症因子的影响。方法:回顾性分析2020年1月-2021年1月贵溪市中医院收治的80例溃疡性结直肠炎患者的临床资料,根据不同治疗方案将其分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组给予美沙拉秦缓释颗粒治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上给予中药保留灌肠治疗。比较两组症状改善情况、免疫球蛋白、炎症因子变化及临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组中医症候积分、疾病活动指数(DAI)评分、IgA、IgM、IgG、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医症候积分、DAI评分、TNF-α、CRP及IL-8均低于治疗前,IgA、IgM、IgG均高于治疗前,观察组中医症候积分、DAI评分、TNF-α、CRP及IL-8均低于对照组,IgA、IgM、IgG均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率95.00%高于对照组77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美沙拉秦缓释颗粒联合中药灌肠可显著缓解溃疡性结直肠炎患者临床症状,改善机体免疫功能及炎症水平,临床疗效确切。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Mesalazine Sustained-release Granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of mild and moderate ulcerative colitis and its influence on serum immunoglobulin and inflammatory factors.Method:The clinical data of 80 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Guixi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Mesalazine Sustained-release Granules,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema on the basis of the control group.The improvement of symptoms,changes of immunoglobulin,inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,disease activity index(DAI)scores,IgA,IgM,IgG,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-8(IL-8)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,DAI scores,TNF-α,CRP and IL-8 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,IgA,IgM and IgG in both groups were higher than those before treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,DAI score,TNF-α,CRP and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,IgA,IgM and IgG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mesalazine Sustained-release Granules combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema can significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with ulcerative colitis,improve the immune function and inflammation level,and the clinical effect is definite.
