摘 要:肠内营养是脑卒中患者重要的营养支持方式,家庭肠内营养(home enteral nutrition,HEN)支持是院内营养的延续,其研究热度呈增长趋势。文章认为HEN能够降低患者住院率、住院相关并发症和医疗成本,提高患者健康生活质量,同时可满足患者爱与归属感的心理需求。对病情稳定可在家庭或社区康复的卒中患者,HEN支持治疗是最佳选择。多学科营养管理团队能对HEN进行有效干预,使患者护理质量、营养治疗质量及安全性有一定保障。但由于HEN的具体措施尚无标准化流程等问题增加了家庭肠内管饲营养的难度和照顾者负担,且医疗保险制度尚未完善使HEN使用受限。Enteral nutrition(EN)is an important nutritional support for stroke patients.Home enteral nutrition(HEN)is the continuity of in-hospital nutrition support,and its research popularity is increasing in China.HEN can reduce hospitalization rates,hospitalization-related complications and medical costs,improve patients’quality of life,and meet their psychological needs for love and sense of belonging.HEN support is the best option for stroke patients who are stable and can recover at home or in the community.The multidisciplinary nutrition management team can effectively intervene HEN to ensure the quality and safety of care and nutritional treatment.However,the use of HEN is limited because the lack of standardized procedures for HEN increases the difficulty of enteral feeding and the burden on caregivers and the medical insurance system has not been perfected.
