摘  要:为了解决交通生活和工作中常见的信息获取不全面、不及时,态势感知不立体、不灵活、不深入,流量监控类平台多、“互联网+”类平台少等问题,构建了互联网态势感知平台。首先,通过3个典型情景给出“互联网+”交通的问题与挑战,并作出针对性的需求分析,构建包括官方媒体、交通系统、门户站点、电子刊物、论坛和百度贴吧6类媒体在内的媒体资源库,确保数据来源的权威性、严肃性和影响力;其次,结合河北省建设智慧交通的相关背景,按照“获取—理解—分析—表现”的数据处理流程,给出平台的功能框架和技术框架,并将自适应获取、内容提取、筛选、聚类、分类和数据可视化等算法应用于相关环节;最后,给出包括主版面(综合)、地理视角页、内容视角页和媒体视角页在内的平台主体功能的实现情况。结果表明,平台上线后,以365 d*24 h方式运行,从670个站点上共获取数据2429364条,挖掘出信息9698条。因此,平台初步具备了“自动化、敏捷化和智能化”的特征和实用性,能够为互联网赋能智慧交通领域的研究提供参考。In order to solve the common problems in traffic life and work,such as incomplete and untimely access to information,lack of three-dimensional,flexible and in-depth situation awareness,more traffic monitoring platforms and less Internet plus platforms,an internet situational awareness platform was built.First,the problems and challenges of"Internet plus"transportation were presented through three typical scenarios,and the targeted requirement analysis was given.In order to ensure the authority,seriousness and influence of data sources,a media resource database including official media,transportation system,portal sites,electronic journals,forums and Baidu post bars was built;Then,in combination with the relevant background of building smart transportation in Hebei Province and according to the data processing flow of"acquisition-understanding-analysis-performance",the functional framework and technical framework of the platform were given,and the algorithms such as adaptive acquisition,content extraction,filtering,clustering,classification and data visualization were applied to the relevant parts of the platform;Finally,the implementation of the main functions of the platform,including the main layout(synthesis),geographic view page,content view page and media view page,was given.The results show that the platform runs in a 365 day*24 h mode,2429364 pieces of data are obtained from 670 websites,and 9698 pieces of information are discovered.Therefore,the platform initially has the characteristics and practicability of"automation,agility and intelligence",which provides some reference for research in the field of internet enabled intelligent transportation.
