摘　　要：阐述光纤技术、无线技术为主体的电子通信网的特点,探讨电网智能化与电力通信技术在通信、输电、信息智能控制中的应用。This paper expounds the characteristics of the electronic communication network with optical fiber technology and wireless technology as the main body, and discusses the application of power grid intelligence and power communication technology in communication, power transmission and information intelligent control.
