摘　　要：阐述嵌入式NVM的发展趋势,对现有的和新兴的嵌入式NVM器件进行比较,从存储单元、工艺兼容和设计复用的角度提出真嵌入式NVM方法。探讨嵌入式NVM的新应用,应用驱动的性能强化需求,分析一个实际案例,包括嵌入式NVM的功耗、性能、可靠性优化。This paper describes the development trend of embedded NVM, compares the existing and emerging embedded NVM devices, and proposes a true embedded NVM method from the perspective of memory cell, process compatibility and design reuse. Discuss the new application of embedded NVM, the performance enhancement requirements of application driver, and analyze a practical case, including the power consumption, performance, and reliability optimization of embedded NVM.
