摘　　要：阐述智能楼宇的特点,现代建筑中的楼宇智能化技术应用,包括通信自动化系统、火灾报警系统、建筑机电设施能效管控系统、办公自动化系统、安全防卫系统。This paper expounds the characteristics of intelligent buildings and the application of building intelligent technology in modern buildings, including communication automation system, fire alarm system, energy efficiency management and control system of building mechanical and electrical facilities, office automation system and security defense system.
