摘 要:睡眠对人的整个生命旅程非常重要,机体在睡眠过程中会消除其在白天积累的疲劳,对免疫系统进行恢复、整合,对记忆内容进行巩固。大部分的研究结果表明:运动干预,无论是有氧运动、抗阻练习、力量结合抗阻练习还是其他的运动干预方式,都对提高大学生的睡眠质量具有显著的作用。但是现有研究中最主要的还是以有氧运动干预为主,而用力量练习以及其他形式的干预方式较少,且研究结果未能得到大量的实验证明。鉴于此,为了探讨运动干预对大学生睡眠质量的影响,本文利用文献资料法对已有研究成果进行归纳总结,以期为后续相关研究提供参考。Sleep is very important in the entire life journey of people. The body, in the process of sleep, eliminates the fatigue accumulated by the body during the day, restores the immune system, and consolidates the contents of memory. A lot of research results show that exercise intervention, whether it is aerobic exercise, resistance exercise, strength combined with resistance exercise or other exercise intervention methods, has a significant effect on improving the sleep quality of college students. However, the most important existing research is mainly aerobic exercise interventions, such as strength exercises and other forms of intervention, and the results have not been proved by a large number of experiments. In view of this, in order to explore the impact of exercise intervention on the sleep quality of college students, the existing research results are mainly summarized through the literature method, so as to provide a theoretical reference for subsequent research.
