摘  要:Q345B车桥板在加工过程中易出现折弯开裂现象,通过对送检的开裂试样进行一系列分析检测,找出了Q345B钢板折弯开裂的主要原因,是因为钢板中硫化物类夹杂偏聚、级别高,带状组织级别高,且试样表面组织中存在的贝氏体组织也影响了钢材的冷弯性能,对此本文提出了改进措施。Q345B steel tend to bend and crack when processed.Therefore,the above problem,this paper concerns with analyzing the cracked test sample and conclude a series of measures to optimize its mechanical properties.In this paper,corresponding tests have been carried out.The results Showed that sulphides gathering and lard existing developed into a band structure witch had played an important role in accerlerating the growth of cracks for Q345B steel plate.Meanwihle,bainite structure was noted in the surface structure texture of the test specimen.This was also the critical factor leading to reduce the behavior of cold bending of steel plate.
