“风筝”皮瓣修复眉部轻中度缺损的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨风筝皮瓣在眉部皮肤肿物切除后缺损创面美容修复中的应用。方法选取2015年7月—2019年6月在延安市人民医院就诊,用风筝皮瓣修复治疗眉部的患者19例,其中男性6例,女性13例,年龄为15~69岁,皮肤缺损范围为0.5 cm×0.5 cm~1.2 cm×1.5 cm。结果术后19例患者皮瓣均成活,切口愈合良好,与周围组织衔接自然。随访6个月,眉毛生长正常,双侧眉形基本对称,疤痕不明显,外观较满意。结论风筝皮瓣是修复眉部肿物切除后轻中度皮肤缺损的较好方法,术区损伤小,恢复快,存活率高,疤痕不明显,不影响眉毛的对称性,能达到较好的美容效果。OBJECTIVE To explore the application of kite flap in cosmetic repair of defect wound after eyebrow skin tumor resection.METHODS From July 2015 to June 2019,kite flap was used to treat 19 patients with eyebrow issues visiting Yan'an People's Hospital,including six males and 13 females,aged 15~69 years old,with skin defect area of 0.5 cm×0.5 cm~1.2 cm×1.5 cm.RESULTS All the flaps survived,the incision healed well and connected with the surrounding tissue naturally.Following up for six months,we found that the eyebrows grew normally,basically symmetrical on both sides,the appearance was satisfactory without obvious scars.CONCLUSIONS Kite flap is a good method to repair mild to moderate skin defect after eyebrow mass excision,with small injury,quick recovery,high survival rate,no obvious scars,and no effect on the symmetry of eyebrow,which can achieve better cosmetic effect.
