摘　　要：肺脏作为一身的“相傅之官”,生理特点为“体阴而用阳”,在化血奉心、主气之本以及生命节律方面发挥生理功能作用。根据肺体、用的阴阳属性及作用不同,可知内、外病因所受不同。外因责之燥邪犯肺,正值秋季凉燥侵犯肺系,逐渐深入,损伤肺脏阳用,引发肺阳虚证。内因责之忧悲伤肺,由气机郁滞乃至损伤肺体,导致肺阴虚证。根据肺体、用的生理作用不同,所受病因内外不同而形成的病机,确立临床治法,有利于脏腑功能的整体恢复。As the"official of the prime minister of the body",the physiological characteristics of the Lung are"Yin in noumenon and Yang in function",and play a physiological function in transforming blood and serving the Heart as well as dominating Qi and the rhythm of life.According to the different Yin and Yang attributes and functions of the Lung,the internal and external causes of the diseases are different can be known.The external cause of the Dry Evil factor offender Lung,and the autumn cool Dry invasion of the Lung system gradually deepens and damages the Lung Yang,causing Lung Yang deficiency.The internal cause of the diseases is the sadness injuring the Lung,and the stagnation of the Qi Ji may damage the Lung body,resulting in Lung Yin deficiency.According to the different physiological effects of the Lung noumenon and Lung function,the pathogenesis formed by the different causes inside or outside the body.Therefore,the correct establishment of clinical treatment methods is conducive to the overall recovery of the Zang and Fu function.
