民营企业家多元文化经历、企业家创新精神与企业创新投入

摘　　要：基于手工搜集的民营企业家多元文化经历数据,选取2009—2019年在沪、深A股上市且研发创新具有代表性的制造业、信息技术业与科学研究和技术服务业民营企业为研究样本,采用面板回归、2SLS检验等方法研究民营企业家多元文化经历、企业家创新精神与企业创新投入之间的关系。结果发现:拥有多元文化经历的民营企业家会促进企业创新投入;风险偏好、企业家社会网络关系、机会识别、动态创新4个维度的企业家创新精神均起到了中介作用;多元文化经历广度和文化距离均会正向影响企业创新投入,且多元地域、多元企业及多元教育文化经历均对企业创新投入产生积极影响。Based on manually collected data on multicultural experiences, this paper selects the representative manufacturing, information technology, scientific research and technology service private enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A stock market from 2009 to 2019 as the research samplesAnd then, it analyzes the Relationship among multicultural experience of private entrepreneurs, entrepreneurship of innovation and innovation input of enterprises by panel regression and 2SLS testResults show the multicultural experience of private entrepreneurs will promote the innovation input of enterprisesThe entrepreneurship of innovation of the four dimensions, such as risk preference, executive social network relationship, opportunity identification and dynamic innovation all played an intermediary roleThe breadth of multicultural experience and cultural distance all positively affected the innovation input of enterprises, and the multi-regional, multi-business and multi-educational experience have positive effects on the innovation input of enterprises too.
