归脾合剂治疗老年胃肠功能紊乱的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究归脾合剂治疗老年胃肠功能紊乱的临床疗效及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年2月至2022年2月章丘区中医医院消化内科收治的胃肠功能紊乱老年患者110例作为研究对象,按照入院就诊顺序分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。2组患者均给予常规治疗联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合归脾合剂治疗。比较2组患者治疗的临床疗效,治疗前后胃肠道激素水平、生命质量评分和睡眠质量与焦虑情绪评分。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为94.5%,对照组总有效率为78.2%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者胃动素、促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素和餐后瘦素水平均改善,且观察组改善程度更显著;2组患者生命质量得分更低,且观察组分数低于对照组,且观察组生命质量评分差值更大;2组患者PSQI与HAMA评分均降低,且观察组降低更明显,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:归脾合剂可以有效改善老年胃肠功能紊乱患者胃肠道激素水平,提高患者的睡眠质量与生命质量,疗效确切。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Guipi Mixture on gastrointestinal dysfunction in the elderly and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 110 elderly patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction who were admitted to the Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases in Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of admission and treatment,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 55 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were given conventional treatment combined with Lactobacillus Bifidobacterium triple viable bacteria tablet,and the observation group combined with Guipi Mixture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormone levels,quality of life scores,sleep quality and anxiety before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was 94.5%,which was significantly higher than 78.2%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of motilin,corticotropin-releasing hormone and postprandial leptin in the two groups were improved,and the improvement degree in the observation group was more significant.The scores of life quality of the patients in the two groups were lower,the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference of the quality of life scores of the observation group was larger.The PSQI and HAMA scores of the two groups of patients were decreased,and the scores of the observation group were significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Guipi Mixture can effectively enhance the level of gastrointestinal hormones in elderly patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction,improve the quality of sleep and quality of life of patients,and the curative effect is definite.
