摘　　要：目的:观察模块化护理对ICU重症肺炎患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年5月在三明市第二医院ICU接受治疗的重症肺炎患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受模块化护理。比较2组患者护理后的睡眠质量、心理状态改善情况。结果:护理后,观察组患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各项评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:ICU重症肺炎患者接受模块化护理效果显著,其睡眠质量以及心理状态均得到有效改善,临床应用价值较好。Objective:To investigate the effect of modular nursing intervention on sleep quality and psychological status of patients with severe pneumonia in ICU.Methods:A total of 70 patients with severe pneumonia who were treated in ICU of Sanming Second Hospital from January 2021 to may 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were grouped by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while patients in the observation group received modular nursing.The improvement of sleep quality and psychological status were compared.Results:After nursing,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Modular nursing intervention for patients with severe pneumonia in ICU has achieved significant therapeutic effect.The sleep quality and psychological status of patients have been effectively improved,and the clinical application value is significant.
