摘  要:针对我国红外额温计校准设备在疫情环境下难以满足当前校准精度要求的问题,本文设计并研制了一种应用于红外额温计校准的高精度黑体辐射源。首先,对黑体辐射源的原理和整体结构进行阐述,确定了黑体辐射腔等关键部件的设计参数;其次,对黑体辐射腔的温度均匀性进行了静态热仿真,并通过公式完成了黑体空腔发射率的近似计算,验证了结构的可行性;最后,对黑体空腔和配套恒温槽进行了性能测试试验,得到该设备温度均匀性为0.01℃,稳定性≤0.01℃/10 min,黑体腔发射率≥0.997,满足JJF1107《测量人体温度的红外温度计校准规范》要求。In view of the problem that the calibration equipment of infrared thermometer in China cannot meet the current calibration accuracy requirements under the epidemic environment,a high-precision blackbody radiation source applied to the calibration of infrared thermometer is designed and developed in this paper.Firstly,the principle and overall structure of the blackbody radiation source are described,and the design parameters of the blackbody radiation cavity and other key components are determined;Secondly,the static thermal simulation of the temperature uniformity of the blackbody radiation cavity is carried out,and the approximate calculation of the emissivity of the blackbody cavity is completed through the formula,which verifies the feasibility of the structure;Finally,the performance test of the black body cavity and the matching thermostatic bath was carried out,and the temperature uniformity of the equipment was 0.01℃,the stability was≤0.01℃/10 min,and the emissivity of the black body cavity was≥0.997,which met the requirements of JJF1107 calibration specification for infrared thermometers measuring human body temperature.
