石河子市社区老年人阿尔茨海默病知识水平现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:了解石河子市社区老年人阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)知识水平现状并分析其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查表以及阿尔茨海默病知识量表(ADKS)对385名社区老年人进行调查。结果:社区老年人AD知识总均分为(18.51±4.27)分,总体正确率为61.70%。ADKS各维度中,正确率低于60%的有照料维度(49.20%)、评估和诊断维度(51.75%)以及危险因素维度(56.67%)。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况及曾经是否接受过AD知识进入回归方程(均P<0.05),可解释社区老年人AD知识水平总变异度的68.60%。结论:社区老年人AD知识掌握水平有待提高,社区医务工作者应关注老年人AD知识掌握情况,并采取针对性干预措施提高老年人对AD的认知水平,积极防控AD的发生,为健康老龄化提供助力。Objective:To investigate the current status of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)knowledge among the elderly in Shihezi community and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 385 elderly people in the community were investigated by general information questionnaire and Alzheimer’s Disease Knowledge Scale(ADKS).Results:The average score of AD knowledge was(18.51±4.27),and the overall correct rate was 61.70%.Among the dimensions of ADKS,the correct rate was lower than 60%in care dimension(49.20%),assessment and diagnosis dimension(51.75%)and risk factor dimension(56.67%).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that gender,age,education level,marital status and whether or not they had received AD knowledge entered the regression equation(all P<0.05),which could explain 68.6%of the total variation of AD knowledge level of the elderly in the community.Conclusion:The knowledge of AD in the elderly in the community is poor.Community medical workers should pay attention to the knowledge of AD in the elderly,and take targeted intervention measures to improve the awareness of AD in the elderly,actively prevent and control the occurrence of AD,and help the providers of healthy aging.
