摘 要:实现碳达峰碳中和既是中国高质量发展的内在要求,也是中国对国际社会的庄严承诺。数字经济时代下,石化行业对数字技术的广泛应用,是实现“双碳”目标的有效工具,国际石油公司也将数字技术应用作为重要的低碳发展策略,采用数字技术摸清碳家底、促进节能降耗、推进可再生能源使用等。中国石化行业在“双碳”目标下面临巨大挑战,在借鉴国际石油公司应对策略的基础上,应立足于自身特色,采取数字技术实现碳的全生命周期管理、建设碳交易系统、促进能源精细化管理、建设新一代用能体系、建设绿色数据中心等,推动数字技术赋能石化行业实现“双碳”目标。Achieving carbon peak and carbon neutralization is not only the inherent requirement of China’s high-quality development,but also China’s solemn commitment to the international community.In the era of digital economy,the extensive application of digital technology in petrochemical industry is an effective tool to reach the“dual carbon”goals.International oil companies also take digital technology application as an important low-carbon development strategy,and use digital technology to investigate the carbon resources,promote energy conservation and consumption reduction,promote the use of renewable energy.China’s petrochemical industry is facing huge challenges under the“dual carbon”goals.On the basis of learning from the coping strategies of international oil companies,China’s petrochemical industry should concentrat on its own characteristics,and adopt digital technology to achieve carbon life-cycle management,build carbon trading systems,promote refined energy management,build a new generation of energy consumption system,build green data centers,etc.Promote digital technology to enable China’s petrochemical industry to reach the“dual carbon”goals.
