摘　　要：在“互联网+”背景下,高校学生在享有更多优质的学习资源的同时,也面临网络游戏、电视剧、短视频、微信朋友圈的巨大诱惑,学风建设存在诸多挑战。高校学风难根治主要由课程考核机制存在缺陷和潜心教书育人的教师比例偏低两大原因所致。管理的真谛在于深究症结的深层机理,抓住最关键矛盾,采用四两拨千斤的手段解决。疫情结束后,高校课程及论文成绩评定引入强制分布法,强制淘汰适量大学生有着“一石数鸟”的效应,有望迅速扭转高校学风。文章在深入分析论证的基础上,提出强制分布法在高校学风建设中的实施要点和注意事项。In the context of Internet+,while college students enjoy more high-quality learning resources,they are also faced with the great temptation of online games,TV dramas,short videos,and WeChat friends circle.There are many challenges in the construction of the style of study.There are two main reasons why the style of study in colleges and universities is difficult to be eradicated,namely,the defects in the curriculum assessment mechanism and the low proportion of teachers who devote themselves to teaching and educating.The essence of management lies in deeply studying the deep mechanism of the crux,grasping the most critical contradiction,and solving it by means of four or two shifts.After the epidemic ended,the compulsory distribution method was introduced into the evaluation of college courses and papers,and the compulsory elimination of a certain number of college students has the effect of"one stone,several birds",which is expected to quickly reverse the style of study in colleges and universities.On the basis of thorough analysis and demonstration,this paper puts forward the key points and precautions for the implementation of the forced distribution method in the construction of the style of study in colleges and universities.
