区域非物质文化遗产传承策略研究——以湖北省非遗传承策略为例

摘　　要：我国非物质文化遗产传承事业正在经历从“保护”性传承向“保护”“发展”“传播”“创新”并举的传承模式转换。但是,目前非物质文化遗产传承策略研究领域的成果主要以经验总结为主,理论尚不够系统和实用。借鉴战略管理理论,构建了由传承环境和传承模式这两个层面组成的区域非物质文化遗产传承策略理论;运用协同优化研究方法,构建了由“文化变迁”“文化生态系统”“文化价值网络”组成的3层次非物质文化遗产传承环境分析方法;以“区域空间”“变异程度”为标准,将非物质文化遗产传承模式划分为“原真保护”“文化发展”“文化传播”“产业创新”这4种传承策略实施模式。并以湖北省国家级非物质文化遗产传承策略优化为例进行实证研究,分析湖北省非物质文化遗产传承环境与实施模式的现状,提出湖北省非物质文化遗产传承策略优化的对策和政策建议,验证理论研究成果的实用性。Chinese intangible cultural heritage inheritance is undergoing a transformation from protection inheritance to inheritance model which combines protection,development,dissemination and innovation.However,current achievements in the research field of intangible cultural heritage inheritance strategies are mainly based on experience summarization,and the theory is not systematic and practical.Drawing on the theory of strategic management,we construct a regional intangible cultural heritage inheritance strategy theory composed of two levels,namely inheritance environment and inheritance mode.Using the collaborative optimization research method,a three-level intangible cultural heritage inheritance environment analysis method,consisting of cultural change,cultural ecosystem and cultural value network,is constructed.Taking“regional space”and“variation degree”as the standards,intangible cultural heritage inheritance mode is divided into four inheritance strategical implementation modes:authentic protection,cultural development,cultural communication and industrial innovation.This paper takes the optimization of national intangible cultural heritage inheritance strategy in Hubei Province as an example to conduct empirical research,analyzes the current situation of the inheritance environment and implementation mode of intangible cultural heritage in Hubei Province,puts forward countermeasures and policy suggestions for the optimization of intangible cultural heritage inheritance strategy in Hubei Province,and verifies the practicability of theoretical research results.
