基于淀粉/壳聚糖的可降解包装膜制备及性能研究

摘　　要：以高直链玉米淀粉、壳聚糖为主要原料,甘油为增塑剂,流延成膜的方法制备玉米淀粉/壳聚糖可完全生物降解的包装薄膜。对薄膜的厚度、断裂伸长率、疏水性等物理性能进行测试,对薄膜的色泽、味道、柔韧性进行感观评价。实验表明,在壳聚糖含量为0.4 g/(g淀粉),60℃干燥13 h的条件下,制备的淀粉/壳聚糖薄膜无色透明、柔韧性好、均匀光滑、边缘不卷曲、无异味,具有良好的力学性能。With high amylose maize starch and chitosan as the main raw material,glycerol as the plasticizer,corn starch/chitosan completely biodegradable packaging film is prepared by stretch film forming method.The film thickness,elongation at break,hydrophobic physical performance are tested.Color,flavor,flexibility of film the sensory are evaluated.The experimental results show that the starch/chitosan films prepared under the conditions of 0.4 g/g starch,drying at 60℃for 13 h have colorless and transparent,good flexibility,uniform and smooth,no crimping edge,no peculiar smell,and have good mechanical properties.
