摘  要:中国式现代化对人才培养提出更高要求。围绕为中国式现代化建设和煤炭行业高质量发展培养更多高素质人才,对如何聚焦学科交叉融合、推进学部制改革、设置新兴专业、培养复合型高素质人才等方面进行了相关战略思考。以安徽理工大学为例,阐述了该校在创新人才培养体系、推进人才引育“栽树工程”和在科教名城、创新高地——安徽合肥市建设合肥校区等方面取得的一系列创新发展成果。安徽理工大学对接国家能源安全新战略和煤炭高质量发展需求,成立能源安全与清洁利用学部、人工智能与先进制造学部和医学部,推进安全、环境、人工智能、大数据、医学与绿色低碳领域的交叉融合;该校全面融入合肥综合性国家科学中心建设,成立合肥校区,组建四大新兴学院,并融入长三角一体化战略,推动职业健康、机器人等新兴学科人才培养;走出一条传统能源高校的创新发展之路。Chinese path to modernization puts forward higher requirements for talent cultivation.Focusing on cultivating more high-quality talents for Chinese modernization construction and high-quality development of the coal industry,this paper has carried out relevant strategic thinking on how to focus on interdisciplinary integration,promote the reform of the department system,set up new majors,and cultivate compound high-quality talents.Taking Anhui University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper expounds a series of innovative development achievements made by the university in terms of innovating the talent training system,promoting the"tree planting project"of talent introduction and education,and building Hefei campus in Hefei,a famous science and education city and innovation highland in Anhui province.In line with the new national energy security strategy and the demand for coal high-quality development,Anhui University of Science and Technology has established the Energy Security and Clean Utilization Department,the Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Manufacturing Department and the Medical Department to promote the intersection and integration of safety,environment,artificial intelligence,big data,new medical science and green low-carbon fields,which are fully integrated into the construction of the comprehensive national science center in Hefei by setting up the Hefei campus and four new colleges and integrating into the strategy for integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta to promote the cultivation of talents in emerging disciplines such as occupational health and robotics and take a path of innovative development of traditional energy universities.
