摘 要:随着农业机械研发和生产技术的不断发展,农机零部件的生产和加工技术越来越多样化,大幅提升了农业机械产品的性能,同时也对复杂零部件的加工提出了更高的要求。传统的编程加工方法难以保证曲面、异形等复杂零部件的加工精度和效率,使用三维标注和数控技术进行农机零部件的设计,不但可有效解决现阶段农业机械产品生产过程中复杂零部件的加工设计问题,保证零部件的加工精度和产品的生产质量,还能大幅度提升农机行业的设计和制造水平。With the continuous development of agricultural machinery research and production technology, the production and processing technology of agricultural machinery parts is becoming more and more diversified, which greatly improves the performance of agricultural machinery products, and also puts forward higher requirements for the processing of complex parts. Traditional programming and processing methods are difficult to ensure the processing accuracy and efficiency of complex parts such as curved surfaces and special-shaped parts. The use of 3D labeling and numerical control technology to design agricultural machinery parts can not only effectively solve the processing design problems of complex parts in the production process of agricultural machinery products at this stage, to ensure the processing accuracy of parts and components and the production quality of products, but also greatly improve the design and manufacturing level of agricultural machinery industry.
