摘  要:建立了超声萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定聚丙烯酸类增稠剂中残留单体丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸的方法。优化了丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸的超声萃取条件,考察了流动相组成对丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺出峰的影响。采用C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇-磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱。结果表明:丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸在10~1000 mg/L均有良好的线性,相关系数R~2大于等于0.9999,加标回收率为94.5%~103.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)均不大于5%。A method was established to determine residual monomers in acrylic acid and acrylamide printing thickener by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography.The pretreatment of method was optimized,and the signals of acrylic acid and acrylamide were studied with different mobile phases,and use C18chromatographic column to separate with methyl alcohol-methyl alcohol mobile phase.The results indicated that the calibration curves of acrylic acid and acrylamide showed good linear relationship between 10~1000 mg/L.The correlation coefficients of R~2 value were all greater than 0.9999,the recoveries were between 94.5%~103.7%,the relative standard deviations were lower than 5%.
