老龄化背景下家庭对子女教育投资的研究

摘　　要：我国经济增长的速度在逐渐下降,在老龄化背景下,劳动人口结构也在发生变化,中国经济的高速增长更依赖于人口质量。提高人力资本对我国未来经济发展转型也至关重要,而人力资本受到家庭时间和金钱的影响。为此,本文研究了在预期寿命增加的条件下,教育投资率和父母陪伴子女的时间的变化趋势是怎样的。而养老保险作为老年人生活质量的保障,我们也进一步研究了当存在养老补贴时,预期寿命的增加与教育投资率和父母陪伴子女时间的关系会发生怎样的变化。研究结果显示,预期寿命增加会导致教育投资率和父母陪伴子女时间下降。而当存在养老补贴时,教育投资率和父母陪伴子女时间会有明显的增加。且当补贴率高于一定值后,预期寿命增加反而会使教育投资率和父母陪伴子女时间增加。The speed of China’s economic growth is gradually declining.Under the background of aging,the structure of labor population is also changing.The rapid growth of China’s economy is more dependent on the quality of population.Improving human capital,which is influenced by family time and money,is also crucial to China’s future economic transformation.To this end,this paper examines the trend of the rate of investment in education and the time parents spend with their children as life expectancy increases.As endowment insurance ensures the quality of life of the elderly,we further study how the relationship between the increase of life expectancy and the rate of investment in education and the time parents spend with their children will change when there is endowment subsidy.The results show that increased life expectancy leads to lower rates of investment in education and less time parents spend with their children.When pension subsidies exist,the rate of investment in education and the time parents spend with their children will increase significantly.When the subsidy rate is higher than a certain value,the increase of life expectancy will increase the education investment rate and the time parents spend with their children.
