射频热凝术联合多柔比星注射术对高龄三叉神经痛患者疗效及复发的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨射频热凝术联合多柔比星注射术对高龄三叉神经痛(TN)患者疗效及复发的影响。方法:选取某院就诊的高龄TN患者98例,按随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,每组49例。对照组行射频热凝术治疗,联合组行多柔比星注射术治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]、复发率及并发症发生率。结果:联合组治疗总有效率(95.92%)高于对照组(79.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后6个月,2组患者VAS评分均低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组[(2.01±0.40)分VS(4.48±0.35)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组复发率及并发症发生率均为6.12%,均低于对照组的20.41%及26.53%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射频热凝术联合多柔比星注射术治疗高龄TN患者的效果确切,可减轻疼痛程度,减少并发症发生,降低复发率。Objective:To investigate the effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with doxorubicin injection on the curative effect and recurrence of elderly patients with trigeminal neuralgia(TN).Methods:A total of 98 elderly TN patients treated in a hospital were selected and were randomly divided into a combination group(49 cases)and a control group(49 cases).The control group was treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation,and the combination group,on this basis,was added with doxorubicin injection.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,recurrence rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the combination group was higheRthan that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of the two groups were loweRthan before treatment 6 months afteRtreatment,and the combination group’s were loweRthan those of the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and complication rate of the combination group were loweRthan those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Radiofrequency thermocoagulation combined with doxorubicin injection has a definite effect in the treatment of elderly patients with TN,which can reduce pain,complications,and recurrence rate.
