心电监测仪在合并心血管疾病脑卒中患者早期康复的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察心电监测仪在合并心血管疾病脑卒中患者早期康复的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月~2020年2月本院收治的64例合并心血管疾病脑卒中患者。早期康复训练中实施心电监测仪监测,分析应用价值。结果:训练前、训练中、训练后患者心率、收缩压、舒张压分别为(72.2±10.2)次/min、(78.5±10.9)次/min、(73.8±8.9)次/min,(128.1±23.0)mmHg、(145.6±26.2)mmHg、(130.9±25.8)mmHg,(86.2±9.1)mmHg、(89.3±8.5)mmHg、(85.3±8.6)mmHg,训练中较之训练前明显升高(P<0.05),训练后与训练前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。脑钠肽、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、肌红蛋白和肌钙蛋白方面,训练前分别为(80.15±6.47)pg/mL、(166.32±9.74)U/L、(0.79±0.08)ng/L、(50.63±7.54)ng/mL、(0.004±0.001)ng/mL,训练后分别为(40.81±6.89)pg/mL、(195.34±9.58)U/L、(0.37±0.03)ng/L、(30.23±1.98)ng/mL、(0.008±0.002)ng/mL,训练后比训练前高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心电监测仪用于合并心血管疾病脑卒中患者早期康复训练指导中,效果显著。Objective:To observe the application effect of ECG monitor in early rehabilitation of stroke patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods:64 cases of stroke patients with cardiovascular disease admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2020 were selected.To analyze the application value of ECG monitor in early rehabilitation training.Results:The heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the patients before,during and after training were(72.2±10.2)times/min,(78.5±10.9)times/min,(73.8±8.9)times/min,(128.1±23.0)mmHg,(145.6±26.2)mmHg,(130.9±25.8)mmHg,(86.2±9.1)mmHg,(89.3±8.5)mmHg,(85.3±8.6)mmHg,which was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between before and after training(P>0.05).The BNP,lactate dehydrogenase,creatine kinase isoenzyme,myoglobin and troponin were(80.15±6.47)pg/mL,(166.32±9.74)U/L,(0.79±0.08)ng/L,(50.63±7.54)ng/mL,(0.004±0.001)ng/mL respectively before training.After training,they were(40.81±6.89)pg/mL,(195.34±9.58)U/L,(0.37±0.03)ng/L,(30.23±1.98)ng/mL,and(0.008±0.002)ng/mL respectively,which were higher after training than before(P<0.05).Conclusion:ECG monitor is effective in early rehabilitation training for stroke patients with cardiovascular disease.
