摘 要:目的 分析无托槽隐形矫治技术(CAT)相关文献,了解该技术的研究现状、热点及前沿。方法 运用CiteSpace5.8.R3软件和Excel2019软件对Web of Science核心合集2000年1月1日至2021年11月1日收录的CAT相关文献进行可视化分析。结果 共检索到CAT相关文献729篇,经除重及严格排查后获得433篇文献进行可视化分析。CAT相关研究的发文量大概经历了3个阶段,即起步、平稳增长和快速增长阶段;研究热点主要包括CAT有效性、材料性能、生物力学以及CAT对口腔健康相关生活质量的影响;主题词突现检测结合文献研读发现CAT与正颌外科结合、3D打印技术等是研究的前沿和未来趋势。结论 文献可视化分析直观展现了CAT的热点与前沿,为今后的研究提供了参考。Objective To analyze the related literatures on clear aligner technology(CAT) to understand its research status, hotspots, and frontiers. Methods CiteSpace5.8.R3 software and Excel2019 software were used to visually analyze the related literatures on CAT collected in the Web of Science Core Collection database from January 1, 2000 to November 1, 2021. Results A total of 729 CAT-related literatures were retrieved, and 433 literatures were visualized after re-weighting and strict inclusion. The number of articles published had experienced three stages: initial, steady and rapid growth. The research hotspots mainly included: CAT effectiveness, material properties, biomechanics, and the effects of CAT on oral health-related quality of life. Combined with the literature study, it was found that orthognathic surgery and three-dimensional technology were the frontier and future trends of research. Conclusion The visual analysis of the literature shows the hotspots and frontiers of clear aligner technology, which provides a reference for future research.
