摘 要:在广东省高水平理工科大学建设目标牵引下,针对“食品分析”教学中发现的问题从优化整合课程内容、构建虚拟仿真实验教学体系、针对性突出教学重点和培养青年教师、建立综合性探索实验、开展实践课堂思政教育等方面进行教改分析与探索,提高学生学习课程的积极性,培养学生的实践能力、创造能力和职业素养,从而更好地服务广东省乃至大湾区食品产业发展。Driving by the goals of building a high-level university of science and engineering in Guangdong Province,this paper analyzes and explores the problems found in the teaching of Food Analysis from the aspects of optimizing and integrating course content,building a virtual simulation experiment teaching system,focusing on teaching key points and training young teachers,establishing comprehensive exploration experiments,and carrying out ideological and political education in practical classes.To enhance students’enthusiasm in learning courses and cultivate their practical,creative and professional abilities,so as to better serve the development of the food industry in Guangdong Province and the Greater Bay Area.
