摘  要:综合控温防虫储粮技术是准低温乃至低温储粮实现的重要手段。研究以机械通风为基础,采用以仓内架空吊顶隔热、粮堆表面铺隔热毯、门窗地坪做气密性改造、外墙刷隔热涂料、高温季节启用粮仓专用空调、储粮防护剂防护为主要内容的综合控温防虫储粮技术,在淮安地区开展晚籼稻谷储藏试验。结果表明,试验仓房全年最高粮温≤26℃,平均粮温≤21℃,较好地实现了准低温储粮,与对照仓相比,试验仓稻谷水分降幅低,脂肪酸值增幅低,真菌孢子数低,害虫发生时间晚、规模小。因此,综合控温防虫储粮技术能有效实现准低温、保水和安全储藏,延缓粮食品质劣变,减少因害虫危害造成的粮食产后损失。Comprehensive temperature control and pest control grain storage technology is an important means to realize quasi low temperature and even low temperature grain storage.In this paper,based on mechanical ventilation,the comprehensive temperature control and insect prevention grain storage technology,which mainly including the insulation of the overhead ceiling in the warehouse,the thermal insulation blanket on the surface of the grain pile,the airtightness transformation of the door and window floors,the painting of thermal insulation paint on the external wall,the use of special air conditioners for the granary in high temperature seasons,and the protection of grain protectants was adopted to carry out the storage test of late indica rice in Huaian.The results showed that the highest grain temperature in the test warehouse was≤26℃,and the average grain temperature was≤21℃.The quasi low temperature grain storage was realized.Compared with the control warehouse,the test warehouse had a lower rice moisture reduction,a lower fatty acid value increase,a lower number of fungal spores,a later occurrence time of pests,and a smaller occurrence scale.Therefore,the integrated temperature control and pest control grain storage technology can effectively achieve quasi low temperature,water conservation and safe storage,delay the deterioration of grain quality,and reduce the post harvest loss of grain caused by pests.
