摘 要:高职院校职业素养教育应然与实然之间的差距,对实训教师角色提出新的要求。高职实训教师是职业素养教育的课程设计者、教学实施者、榜样示范者、学习促进者和实践研究者。相关主体赋予高职实训教师的角色期望,教师教育促进高职实训教师的角色领悟,教育教学活动推进高职实训教师的角色实践,行动中反思推动高职实训教师的角色重构,以上四个影响因素为高职实训教师的角色生成提供多维度支持。The gap between what should be and what is of professional quality education in higher vocational colleges puts forward new requirements for the role of training teachers. Higher vocational training teachers are curriculum designers, teaching implementers, role models, learning facilitators and practical researchers of professional quality education. Relevant subjects give higher vocational training teachers’ role expectations, teacher education promotes teachers’ role understanding, teaching activities promote teachers’ role practice, and reflection in action promotes teachers’ role reconstruction. The above four influencing factors provide multi-dimensional support for the role generation of higher vocational training teachers.
