摘　　要：价值逻辑揭示新时代青年坚定文化自信的现实存在,即促进个人全面发展的微观向度价值,维护国家文化安全的中观深度价值,实现民族复兴重任的宏观高度价值.生成逻辑指向新时代青年坚定文化自信的源头活水,中华优秀传统文化是历史起点,马克思主义科学理论是理论根基,文化发展道路是文化导向,中国综合国力发展是现实基础.实践逻辑推动青年坚定文化自信从思想观念转向现实路向,应打造人本文化,关注个体精神需求;坚持守正创新,推动文化实践转化;占领舆论阵地,传播主流意识形态.Seen from its realistic value,it’s of urgent necessity to strengthen the cultural confidence of the Chinese young generation in the new era,which contributes tothe micro-value in promoting individual overall development,the medium-value in safeguarding national cultural security,and the macro-value in realizing national rejuvenation.From the perspective of its generative mechanism,the theory of firming the cultural confidence of the youth in the new era is based on the excellent Chinese traditional culture as its historical starting point,theory of Marxism as its theoretical cornerstone,the path of cultural development as its cultural orientation,and the development of China's comprehensive national strength as its realistic foundation.Its operating mechanism lies in converting from the ideology of enhancing the new era youth’s cultural confidence to the reality,which is required to create human-oriented culture with emphasis on individual spiritual needs,adhere to orthodoxy and innovation while promoting the transformation of cultural practice,as well as occupy the domain of public opinion to spread the mainstream ideology.
