青少年体育参与对手机依赖的影响:自我控制的中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨体力活动、自我控制对手机依赖的影响。方法:采用体力活动量表、手机依赖量表和自我控制量表,于2021年4月对整群抽取的杭州市2所中学800名学生进行问卷调查,有效样本756份。结果:自我控制与体力活动呈正相关(r=0.377,P<0.001),手机依赖与自我控制、体力活动量呈负相关(r=-0.457、-0.601,P<0.001);体力活动及自我控制能够解释且负向预测手机依赖(β=-0.298、-0.213,P<0.01),Bootstrap检验发现自我控制在体力活动和手机依赖中起到部分中介作用,中介效应占比为41.68%。结论:体力活动可以直接影响手机依赖程度,还可以通过提高个体的自我控制能力来遏制手机依赖程度。Objective: To investigate the effects of physical activity and self-control on mobile phone dependence.Methods: In April 2021, the physical Activity Scale, Mobile phone Dependence Scale and self-control Scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 800 students from 2 middle schools in Hangzhou, with 756 valid samples.Results: Self-control was positively correlated with physical activity(r=0.377, P<0.001). Mobile phone dependence was negatively correlated with self-control and physical activity(r=-0.457,-0.601, P<0.001);Physical activity and self-control can explain and negatively predict cell phone dependence( β=-0.298,-0.213, P<0.01), Bootstrap test found that self-control played a part of intermediary role in physical activity and mobile phone dependence, and the proportion of intermediary effect was 41.68%.Conclusion: Physical activity can directly affect the degree of mobile phone dependence, and it can also curb the degree of mobile phone dependence by improving individual self-control.
