摘  要:人才培养,关键在教师。高校青年体育教师发展关系到大学生综合素养和健康中国的未来。该文采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对当今高校青年体育教师的发展困境进行研究,发现高校青年体育教师面临学术水平难于突破、专业水平难以提高和师德意识难在培养三重困境,由此提出破解国内高校青年体育教师发展困境的策略:加强组织支持和建立制度保障;调动教师内在动机和发挥校内积极引导作用;注重师德引领和宣传正面形象。The key to talent training lies in teachers. Young PE teachers in colleges and universities are related to the comprehensive quality of college students and the future of a healthy China. Using the literature method and logical analysis method, it studies the development dilemma of young PE teachers in colleges and universities today. It is found that young PE teachers in colleges and universities face the triple dilemma of difficult to break through the academic level, difficult to improve their professional level and difficult to cultivate their sense of teacher ethics. Therefore, the paper puts forward strategies to solve the development dilemma of young PE teachers in colleges and universities in China: strengthen organizational support and establish institutional guarantee;Arousing teachers’ intrinsic motivation and giving full play to the role of active guidance in the school;Pay attention to the guidance of teachers’ ethics and promote a positive image.
