净化剂在酶转化淀粉连续蒸煮系统中的应用

摘　　要：为解决大型纸机淀粉胶液连续蒸煮和施胶系统中应用酶转化淀粉常见的淀粉胶颜色发黄、容易结块、黏管道壁,易沉淀分层、堵塞刮棒、纸张施胶不匀等一系列问题,本文分析了问题产生的主要原因,并最终给出了淀粉胶液蒸煮流程的改进方案。通过在分散罐添加以无机物为载体、通过阳离子改性的净化剂,彻底解决了大型纸机连续蒸煮系统应用酶转化淀粉中遇到的问题。因此也确定了连续蒸煮系统应用酶转化淀粉生产高质量要求纸张的可行性,同时开拓了原淀粉在造纸上的应用空间。This paper is devoted to solving the common problems of enzymatic conversion of starch in the continuous cooking and sizing system of starch glue in large paper machines,including the yellow color of starch glue,easy agglomeration,sticky pipe wall,easy precipitation stratification,blockage of scraper,and uneven paper sizing.This paper analyzes the main causes of the problem,and gives the improvement scheme of starch glue cooking process.By adding inorganic substances as carriers in the dispersion tank,the problems encountered in the process were completely solved by cationic modified purifier.Therefore,it also determines the feasibility of producing high-quality paper,and opens up the application space of raw starch in papermaking.
