摘　　要：介绍谢晶日教授辨证论治气滞血瘀型溃疡性结肠炎的临证经验。根据多年的临床实践及科研基础,谢晶日教授认为,多种因素所造成的气滞血瘀是本病的基本病机。患者先天禀赋不足,后天脾胃运化失调,多在胃肠虚弱的基础上感受外邪、饮食失节或忧思恼怒,均可导致肝脾受损,气血失和。病情迁延日久,中焦失于健运,气虚鼓动无力,血行濡养乏源,气滞血郁,客于肠道。久病瘀血入于肠络,湿热壅盛,邪毒复加,与肠中气血相互搏结,最终致使大肠传导失司,气机逆乱,血行阻滞,脂膜血络受损,可发为此病。故治疗应立足于调气和血,佐以疏肝解郁、健脾益气之法贯穿于始终,同时注重身心调护。标本兼治,经临床应用证实,疗效确切,值得借鉴与推广。附验案2则以佐证。It introduces Professor XIE Jingri′s clinical experience on treating Qi stagnation and blood stasis type of ulcerative colitis based on syndrome differentiation.Professor XIE Jingri believes that Qi stagnation and blood stasis caused by various factors is the basic pathogenesis of this disease.Patients with insufficient congenital endowment, acquired disorders of spleen and stomach, and feeling of exogenous evils, eating disorder, or worry and anger on the basis of gastrointestinal weakness, can lead to stagnation of liver Qi and impair spleen and stomach.If the disease lasts for a long time, the middle Jiao will be lost in good health.Qi deficiency and blood failing to nourish the body.Qi stagnation and blood stasis block the intestines.Blood stasis enters the intestinal collaterals, damp and heat accumulates, and evil toxins are compounded, and Qi and blood in the intestines are congested.Eventually, the function of the large intestine is abnormal, abnormal Qi movement, blocked blood circulation, and the lipid membrane and blood collaterals are damaged.Therefore, the treatment should be based on regulating Qi and blood, soothing liver and relieving depression, strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi throughout the whole process, while paying attention to physical and mental regulation.Taking into account the specimens, the clinical application has proved that the curative effect is accurate, and it is worthy of reference and promotion.Two cases are attached for evidence.
