韩捷基于《黄帝内经》养生思想对溃疡性结肠炎患者的康复指导

摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种病因暂不明确的难治型炎症性肠病,常见病情反复,迁延难愈,目前尚无特效治疗手段。如何有效地促进患者康复、维持缓解、防止复发是本病的临床治疗重点之一。《黄帝内经》以中国古代哲学思想为基础,提出“天人合一”的养生观蕴含着丰富的康复治疗理念。韩捷教授在多年的临床实践中,充分发挥中医优势,将《黄帝内经》的养生之道与溃疡性结肠炎的康复指导思想相结合。在溃疡性结肠炎诊治过程中“治”“养”并重,以《黄帝内经》中“天人相应,形神共养”的养生观为指导,以辨证施治、四诊合参为手段,以患者的日常饮食、运动、情志为主要切入点,提出“食饮有节”“起居有常”“精神内守”等康复理念,指导患者根据病情变化和个人体质进行调养,从而改善患者的整体状态,减低临床复发率,提升患者生存质量,为溃疡性结肠炎患者的康复提供系统性的指导。Ulcerative colitis is a kind of refractory inflammatory bowel disease with unclear etiology.It is common that the disease is repeated and difficult to recover.At present, there is no specific treatment.How to effectively promote the recovery of patients, maintain remission and prevent recurrence is one of the clinical treatment focuses of this disease.The Yellow Emperor′s Canon of Internal Medicine is based on ancient Chinese philosophical thoughts and puts forward the concept of “man being an integral part of nature”,which contains rich concepts of rehabilitation.Professor HAN Jie gave full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in his many years of clinical practice.He combined the health-preserving methods of the The Yellow Emperor′s Canon of Internal Medicine with the guiding ideology of rehabilitation for ulcerative colitis.In the process of diagnosis and treatment of ulcerative colitis, the attention should be paid to “treatment” and “nourishment”,taking the health preservation of “correspondence between human and universe, soma and spirit harmonization” in The Yellow Emperor′s Canon of Internal Medicine as the guide, “syndrome differentiation and treatment” and ”comprehensive analysis of four examinations” as means, and the patients′ daily diet, exercise and emotions as the main entry points.It puts forward rehabilitation concepts such as “regular diet”,”carefully living”,“keeping a sound mind” and other concepts, guiding patients to adjust according to the changes of their conditions and personal physiques, so as to improve the overall status, reduce the clinical recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of patients, and provide systematic guidance for the rehabilitation of patients with ulcerative colitis.
