摘　　要：目的 探讨桃红四物汤对结肠癌术后患者疼痛及免疫功能的影响。方法 将2019年10月—2020年12月收治的62例经手术治疗的结肠癌患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组31例。术后均给予抗感染、营养支持、维持水电解质、酸碱平衡等一般对症处理,对照组予FOLFOX4方案化疗,研究组从术后开始在上述化疗基础上配合桃红四物汤治疗。检测疼痛因子[β-内啡肽(β-EP)、P物质(SP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)]、外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测指标(CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(8)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))比值,应用胃肠生活质量量表(GIQLI)评估生活质量,比较临床疗效。结果 与治疗前进行对比,治疗后两组血清β-EP、SP、PGE2水平显著降低(P<0.01),CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平明显升高(P<0.05),CD_(8)^(+)水平明显降低(P<0.05),精神状态、自觉症状、生理功能状态、社会与日常生活评分明显升高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组血清β-EP、SP、PGE2水平均显著较低(P<0.01),CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)水平明显较高(P<0.05),CD_(8)^(+)水平明显较低(P<0.05),精神状态、自觉症状、生理功能状态、社会与日常生活评分明显较高(P<0.05),总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论 桃红四物汤可改善结肠癌术后患者疼痛及免疫功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤)on pain and immune function in patients with colon cancer after operation.Methods Sixty-two patients with colon cancer from October 2019 to December 2020 who were treated surgically were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received FOLFOX4 regimen,and the study group additionally received Taohong Siwu Decoction.Pain factors[β-endorph(β-EP),substance P(SP),prostatitin E2(PGE2)]and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets(CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+),CD_(8)^(+),CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+))were detected.Gastrointestinal quality of life scale(GIQLI)was used to evaluate the quality of life and compare the clinical efficacy.Results Compared with those before treatment,the levels of serumβ-EP,SP and PGE2 in both groups significantly decreased(P<0.01),the levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+) and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+) significantly increased(P<0.05),the levels of CD_(8)^(+) significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the scores of mental state,conscious symptoms,physiological function and social and daily life significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,the levels of serumβ-EP,SP and PGE2 in the study group were significantly increased(P<0.05),levels of CD_(3)^(+),CD_(4)^(+) and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+) were significantly higher(P<0.05),the level of CD8+was significantly lower(P<0.05),the mental state,conscious symptoms,physiological function,social and daily life scores were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Taohong Siwu Decoction can improve the pain and immune function of patients with colon cancer after operation.
