摘　　要：外伤性视神经病变临床在头面部外伤患者中极为常见,患者一般伴随视力急剧降低、视野损害,该病的预后极差,常伴随不同程度的视神经萎缩。目前临床治疗方法诸多,但临床疗效尚不确切,同时也无统一的治疗规范。为此,该研究收集和整理了近年的中外文献,对中西医治疗治疗外伤性视神经病变的临床治疗进行系统综述,从而有助于临床医师选择适宜的治疗手段提供理论依据。Traumatic optic neuropathy is very common in patients with head and face trauma.Patients usually have a sharp decrease in vision and visual field damage.The prognosis of this disease is very poor, often accompanied by different degrees of optic nerve atrophy.At present, there are many clinical treatment methods, but the clinical efficacy is still uncertain, and there is no unified treatment standard.For this reason, this study collected and collated the Chinese and foreign literatures in recent years, and systematically reviewed the clinical treatment of traumatic optic neuropathy with traditional Chinese and Western medicine, so as to help clinicians choose appropriate treatment methods and provide theoretical basis.
