物流需求影响因素实证研究及后疫情时代物流与经济结合发展建议——以上海港口为例  

Empirical study on Influencing Factors of Logistics Demand and Suggestions on the Combination of Logistics and Economy in the Post-Epidemic Era——Take Shanghai Port as an Example

摘　　要：新冠疫情持续蔓延,国内经济下行压力累积,铁路、公路、水路、民航运输也都受到了严重的影响,给物流企业带来了空前的影响。本文以上海市物流需要作为被解释变量,使用eviews软件,基于多元回归模型,选用了改革开放至疫情爆发的年度数据,最终得出以下结论:上海市物流需求量主要与上海市外贸进出口总额、上海市第二产业产值、上海市人均消费性支出呈正相关关系,并以此针对上海市物流业与经济的结合发展提供建议。As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread and downward pressure accumulates on the domestic economy,rail,highway,waterway and civil aviation transportation have also been seriously affected,bringing an unprecedented impact on logistics enterprises.This paper takes Shanghai logistics demand as the explained variable,uses eviews software,based on multiple regression model,selects the annual data from the reform and opening up to the outbreak of the epidemic,and finally draws the following conclusions:Shanghai logistics demand is mainly positively correlated with Shanghai's total foreign trade import and export volume,Shanghai's secondary industry output value,Shanghai's per capita consumption expenditure,and this paper provides suggestions for the combined development of Shanghai logistics industry and economy.
