摘  要:近年来,食品安全问题时有发生,企业道德的重要性不断被公众提及,而企业道德建设是否完善,正是判断企业能否自觉履行社会责任的重要依据。越来越多学者通过研究验证了企业社会责任对企业竞争力有着正向影响,尤其是食品行业的企业,企业道德对于企业的发展有着至关重要的影响。但是国内很多食品企业由于生产规模小,技术水平低,生产经营的过程中仍停留在追逐短期利润的目标上,从而导致企业在企业道德和社会责任意识上缺乏正确的理解与认知。正确认识、理解企业道德和社会责任并切实强化完善企业道德建设是现代食品企业顺利发展的根基。只有完善企业道德建设,勇于承担社会责任的企业,才能在企业发展的过程中形成自己的竞争优势。In recent years,due to frequent food safety problems,the importance of corporate ethics has been constantly mentioned by the public,and corporate ethics is an important part of whether an enterprise can consciously fulfill its social responsibility.More and more scholars have verified through research that corporate social responsibility has a positive impact on corporate competitiveness,especially for enterprises in the food industry,and corporate ethics has a crucial impact on the development of enterprises.However,due to the small production scale and low technical level,many domestic food enterprises still pursue the goal of short-term profit in the process of production and operation,which leads to the lack of correct understanding and cognition of corporate ethics and social responsibility.Correct understanding of corporate ethics and social responsibility and strengthening the construction of corporate ethics is the foundation for the smooth development of modern food enterprises.Only by improving the construction of enterprise ethics and assuming social responsibilities can enterprises form their own competitive advantages in the process of enterprise development.
