摘  要:目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)联合小切口劈核术治疗白内障的效果。方法选取2016年5月至2020年7月我院收治的100例白内障患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组均给予小切口劈核术治疗,对照组术后给予常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用bFGF。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的视神经纤维层厚度及黄斑视网膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的三叶草差、总高阶像差、球差、彗差均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平低于对照组,总抗氧化能力(TAC)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论bFGF联合小切口劈核术可改善白内障患者视神经纤维层厚度及黄斑视网膜厚度,提高视觉质量,改善TGF-β_(1)、TAC水平。Objective To explore the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)combined with small incision nucleus chopping on cataract.Methods A total of 100 patients with cataract admitted in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with small incision nucleus chopping.The control group was treated with conventional drugs after operation,and the observation group was treated with bFGF on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the thickness of layer of optic fibers and macular retina in the observation group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clover aberration,total higher-order aberration,spherical aberration and coma aberration in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the total antioxidant capacity(TAC)level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion bFGF combined with small incision nucleus chopping can improve the thickness of layer of optic fibers and macular retina in cataract patients,increase visual quality,and improve TGF-β_(1)and TAC levels.
