摘　　要：三阴性乳腺癌是乳腺癌一种特殊分子型,临床特点表现为雌激素受体、孕激素受体、人类表皮生长因子2受体阴性,发病早,转移复发率高。临床治疗以手术、化疗为主。近年来中医药治疗三阴性乳腺癌进展较快,尤其在改善患者免疫功能、减轻手术化疗不良反应、改善患者生存质量等方面作用显著。该文从三阴性乳腺癌诊断、治疗、中医病因病机、辨证论治、中成药治疗等方面系统综述近年发表的文献,探讨中医药治疗三阴性乳腺癌临床机制及成果,为中医药防治三阴性乳腺癌提供全新思路和方法。Triple-negative breast cancer is a special molecular type of breast cancer,and the clinical characteristics are negative for estrogen receptors,progesterone receptors,and human epidermal growth factor 2 receptors,with early onset and high metastatic recurrence rate.Clinical treatment is mainly based on surgery and chemotherapy.In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine has made rapid progress in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer,especially in improving patient immune function,alleviating surgical and chemotherapy side effects,and improving the quality of life of patients.This paper systematically reviews the literature published in recent years from the diagnosis,treatment,etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,dialectical treatment,and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine from the diagnosis,treatment etc.of triple negative breast cancer,discusses the clinical mechanism and achievements of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer,and provides new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of triple-negative breast cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.
