摘 要:以具体工程的地板结构为案例,对比架空地板、普通实木地板以及普通钢筋混凝土地板在施工过程中产生的环境效益,系统研究建筑物的节能防水性、尺寸匹配,并对不同地板结构的建筑物节能防水性能进行评价。结果表明:普通实木地板以及普通钢筋混凝土地板夏季易吸湿膨胀,冬季易干缩,节能防水性能较差;架空地板节能、防水性、尺寸匹配等性能均优于普通实木地板以及普通钢筋混凝土地板,具有施工方便、耐久性好、易维修等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。Based on the floor structure of specific projects as a case study,the environmental benefits generated by overhead floors,ordinary solid wood floors,and ordinary reinforced concrete floors in the construction process are compared,the energy-saving,waterproofing,and size matching of buildings are systematically studied,and then the energy-saving and waterproofing performance of buildings with different floor structures is evaluated.The results show that common solid wood floor and common reinforced concrete floor are easy to absorb moisture and expand in summer,and easy to dry and shrink in winter.The performance of the raised floor is better than that of the ordinary solid wood floor and the ordinary reinforced concrete floor.It has the characteristics of convenient construction,good durability and easy maintenance,so it has a broad application prospect.
